They are a fully spiritualized, non-physical super-intelligent civilization.

After activation, a psychic mecha cannot move on its own; it requires conscious instruction for control. Psychic Particle Guides are individuals whose brainwaves match the psychic particles of historical figures stored in the power core. Their role is to use their consciousness to direct the resonance frequency and intensity of these particles, causing the mecha’s special material to deformation, contract, or extend, thereby control its movements. After the European Theater developed psychic mechas, the Asian Theater launched its own program, completing prototypes like Wenhou (Mecha No.1) and Wuchenghou (Mecha No.2).

To counter Pacific threats, the Asian Theater supported Japan in establishing the Far East Theater in Yamagata (low Polluter control), aiding the development of ancestral psychic particle mechas like Yuehouzhilong (Mecha No.1),Jiafeizhihu (Mecha No.2), and Fantianwan (Mecha No.3).

Far East Theater

The last of the three theaters to be established, the Far East Theater addresses threats from the Pacific, where the U.S.—once the world’s strongest military—became a Polluter-controlled menace.

After the European and Asian Theaters developed psychic mechas, the Far East Theater was created to Collaboration Asia’s defense.

At this time, modern cities such as Tokyo and Osaka in Japan have long been controlled by alien polluters, and a towering facility called the Black Tower has been built in Tokyo. Japan has bases of alien polluters in its territory, and is also facing the threat of military weapons controlled by alien polluters on the other side of the Pacific Ocean.
