We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will always try to calculate a fully delivered price so you will never have to pay any additional charges when your order arrives.

With almost everything on en.moshowtoys.com available for International Delivery, you can send your order to 130 countries and regions around the world, including North America, Australia, the Middle East and China.

For all orders outside of the European Union, we’ll even remove UK VAT (where applicable) and include any relevant import charges before you pay so hopefully there are no surprises when your order arrives.
